DOT NORCROSS IBCLC As president and founder of Lactation Care, Inc. Dot has been working with breastfeeding families for over 30 years. She brings a high level of expertise to her consultation work with families and has a special talent for assisting babies with latch and positioning issues. Dot has also done much in our field to educate families as well as other health care workers who serve babies, young children and their parents about the benefits and best practice of breastfeeding. She has taught in a class format, presented at conferences, and conducted information sessions for local physicians and their colleagues. Her strong knowledge base of the art of breastfeeding combined with her gentle touch and finesse with new moms and babies make her a wonderful teacher and ally for those just starting out or struggling with breastfeeding.
